Job Summary
Valeo is seeking a Warranty Returns Engineer for its Lighting Systems Production Plant in Chrzanów. The role involves technical analysis of warranty returns, communication with clients regarding analysis status and costs, and negotiation of warranty costs. The engineer will monitor indicators, participate in problem-solving groups, present analyses (8D) to clients, and oversee the logistics process for returned items and associated costs. This position requires an engineering degree and at least one year of experience in quality, production, or R&D.
Must Have

- Participation in problem-solving groups related to warranty returns
- Presentation of analyses to the client (8D) and ongoing supervision of information flow through client portals
- Supervision of the logistics process for returned items and associated costs

The Lighting Systems Production Plant in Chrzanów manufactures rear and front lamps for passenger cars using advanced metallization, assembly, and plastic injection technologies. Additionally, the plant has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. Due to the development of new projects, a modern Development Center has been opened in Chrzanów, which will focus on designing and producing innovative lighting systems dedicated to passenger cars.
Currently, for the Lighting Systems Production Plant in Chrzanów, we are recruiting for the position of Warranty Returns Engineer
Your tasks will include:
- Technical analysis of warranty returns
- Communication with the client regarding analysis status and warranty return costs
- Analysis of warranty costs and participation in client meetings for negotiation
- Monitoring and ongoing analysis of warranty return indicators
- Participation in problem-solving groups related to warranty returns
- Presentation of analyses to the client (8D) and ongoing supervision of information flow through client portals
- Supervision of the logistics process for returned items and associated costs

- Higher engineering education
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Experience in quality, production or R&D min. 1 year
- High communication skills and customer orientation
- Ability to work in a team
