Webflow Designer/Developer

Infernozilla is a multi-award-winning marketing agency, specializing in partnering with video game studios to build powerful communities and social presence and expand their reach. We've built our success through referrals and outbound strategies, but now we're focused on scaling our brand and strengthening our web presence.

We're looking for a Webflow Designer/Developer who not only builds visually stunning pages—but also creates high-converting funnels with clean SEO structure, strategic UX, and performance-optimized builds.

Design and build elegant, intuitive websites that bring our vision to life through seamless, high-impact Webflow experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Redesigning our core website for clarity, trust, great design, and performance.
  
  
• Building multiple landing pages tailored to different audiences. (e.g., indie devs, VR studios, adult games, etc)
  
  
• Developing a scalable CMS for our blog, case studies, and resources.
  
  
• Implementing creative and on-brand animations, transitions, and responsive layouts.
  
  
• Ensuring all pages are SEO-friendly (metadata, alt text, clean slugs, etc.)
  
  
• Integrating Webflow with third-party tools (Zapier, Calendly, CRM, GHL, Google Analytics, Pixel)
  
  
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to bring creative visions to life.
  
  
• Suggesting funnel improvements, solutions, and CRO tweaks as needed.

You’re a Fit If You…

• Have 4+ years of hands-on experience building Webflow sites for agencies, SaaS, or service brands.
  
  
• Have a strong portfolio of custom, non-template Webflow builds.
  
  
• Understand landing page strategy and lead gen best practices.
  
  
• Are comfortable implementing CMS collections and dynamic content.
  
  
• Have a basic understanding of on-page SEO structure.
  
  
• Can work independently with clear communication and fast turnaround.
  
  
• Excellent eye for design, layout, typography, and user experience.
  
  
• Bonus: Experience in gaming, tech, or creator/influencer spaces.
