Job Overview:

As a Webflow Developer at Careerpedia, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our website using Webflow. You will collaborate with our marketing team to implement SEO strategies and manage our social media marketing efforts. Your role will be crucial in driving traffic, engaging users, and optimizing our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Build campaign specific landing pages on priority for various touch points across marketing channels.
• Develop and launch complex, custom websites using Webflow and custom code.
• Design website architecture with static and dynamic pages, creating scalable CMS databases and template pages.
• Serve as the primary development lead, managing your own work backlog based on requirements from various internal teams.
• Diagnose and resolve website issues, performing routine maintenance to enhance performance and accessibility.
• Estimate development time, validate technical requirements, and recommend optimal low-code solutions.
• Integrate Webflow sites with third-party tools and employ custom libraries to enhance the user experience and streamline development.
• Create and manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development, SEO, and social media marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on Webflow.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
• Proven experience in implementing and optimizing SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
