Job Description

This Marketing Intern position focuses on New Product Development (NPD). Responsibilities include assisting in various stages of NPD projects from market insights to pre-launch, cross-departmental communication for task execution, market dynamics and trend analysis, and daily departmental support. The role requires proficiency in Office software, strong English skills, a conscientious attitude, multi-tasking ability, teamwork, stress resistance, initiative, and a keen interest in marketing and product development.
Good To Have:
  • Preferably available for 6 months or more
  • Marketing or related major background preferred
  • Prior internship experience preferred
Must Have:
  • Proficient in Office software
  • Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
  • Conscientious and meticulous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong multi-tasking ability, teamwork skills, and certain stress resistance
  • Strong initiative and keen interest in marketing and product development
  • Third-year university student or above
  • Available at least 4 days per week on-site
  • Available for interviews recently

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in various stages of new product development projects, including market insights, product concepts, feasibility, and pre-launch preparations.

2. Cross-departmental communication and cooperation to assist in the execution and follow-up of new product development related tasks.

3. Market dynamics and trend analysis: including statistics, aggregation, analysis of internal and external data, and output of relevant reports.

4. Daily OA work support for the department.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in Office software; strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.

2. Conscientious and meticulous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility; strong multi-tasking ability, teamwork skills, and certain stress resistance.

3. Strong initiative and keen interest in marketing and product development.

4. Third-year university student or above, available at least 4 days per week on-site, available for interviews recently.

5. Preferably available for 6 months or more, marketing or related major background preferred, prior internship experience preferred.
