Job Description
The Wireless RF OTA MIMO Validation Engineer will be responsible for validating MIMO OTA test cases, translating industry specifications into test cases, coordinating with regulatory compliance teams, defining and executing validation plans, debugging test failures, maintaining test setups, and managing final certification testing. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring product validation meets all certification and performance test requirements. The engineer will also be involved in driving design changes to address identified issues and maintaining test setups.
Must have:
- Validating MIMO OTA test cases.
- Translating industry specifications into test cases.
- Coordinating with regulatory compliance teams.

Job Details
- Validating MIMO OTA test cases for different carrier/industry conformance requirements in certification test setups. - Translating industry conformance/ regulatory/ carrier specification requirements into test cases. - Coordinating with regulatory compliance/ carrier management teams to ensure product validation covers all certification/performance tests. - Define/execute validation plan for custom SW features. - Debugging marginal/failure tests with cross-functional teams like RFHW /Antenna/ Product Design/EE/etc. and drive design changes to address issues. - Maintain test setups via periodic checks, calibration, etc. - Drive planning/executing on final certification testing at 3rd party test labs for PTCRB/CTIA/CWG testing.
