Job Description
This Working Student position in Customer Service Management at Dyn Media GmbH involves supporting the customer service team with written inquiries, identifying and implementing system improvements, and assisting customers with platform usage. The role requires a team player with a high sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and solve problems. Candidates should be flexible, available at least 15 hours per week, and currently enrolled in a study program. Your tasks
- You support our customer service team in processing customer inquiries (purely in writing)
- You identify potential for improvement in our customer service system and implement them
- You help our customers make optimal use of our platform
- You develop proposed solutions for emerging problems as needed
