UX / UI Designer

As a UX/UI Designer, you will design and develop user interfaces for Dyn's digital products, including the website, login/acquisition flows, user profiles, and parts of the streaming platform (Web, App, Smart TVs). You will translate user and business needs into clear UX concepts, user flows, and wireframes, testing them with real use cases. You will combine strong visual design with functional excellence, ensuring responsiveness, accessibility, and clean handoff files for developers. Collaboration with Product & Tech, Marketing, and external partners is key to integrating tracking and A/B testing requirements for data-driven improvements.

Must Have

• Design and develop UI for digital products (website, login/acquisition flows, user profile, streaming platform)
• Translate user and business needs into clear UX concepts, user flows, and wireframes
• Test concepts with real use cases and implement research methods and iterative prototyping
• Ensure functional excellence including state-handling, responsiveness, accessibility, and clean handoff files
• Collaborate with Product & Tech, Marketing, and external partners, integrating tracking/A/B testing
• Several years of experience in UX/UI Design, ideally in a digital environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience in User Research and User Testing
• Very good language skills in German and English
• Team player, accustomed to independent and goal-oriented work, and a hands-on mentality

Your Tasks

• You design and develop UI for our digital products around dyn.sport – from website to login/acquisition flows, the user profile, and in parts for our streaming platform (Web, App, Smart TVs).
• You translate user and business needs (fans, clubs, leagues) into clear UX concepts, user flows, and wireframes and test these early with real use cases (e.g., "subscribe to a plan") and design and implement additional research methods and iterative prototyping to validate decisions.
• You combine a strong visual sense with functional excellence: state-handling, responsiveness, accessibility, and clean handoff files for Dev are part of your quality standard.
• You work closely with Product & Tech, Marketing, and our external App/OTT partners, directly incorporating tracking/A/B testing requirements into your designs and ensuring that we can improve based on data.

What you bring

• You have several years of experience in UX/UI Design, ideally in a digital environment.
• You are proficient in systems like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and you have experience in User Research and User Testing.
• You are enthusiastic about sports and digital topics around AI automation.
• You see yourself as a team player, are accustomed to independent and goal-oriented work, and have a hands-on mentality.
• You have very good language skills in German and English.

With Dyn, sports fans have a new home since summer 2023. Dyn is the new streaming platform for live broadcasts and highlight reporting of all games of the DAIKIN Handball-Bundesliga, 2. Handball-Bundesliga and DHB Pokal, the easyCredit Basketball Bundesliga, the Women's and Men's Volleyball Bundesliga, as well as the Table Tennis Bundesliga and the Hockey Bundesliga.
