Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented working student (f/m/d) to strengthen our Rewards team. This role offers practical experience in Compensation & Benefits and supports important initiatives such as benchmarking and data analysis, as well as the implementation of employee benefits. You will work closely with our HR team across Europe and contribute to projects that sustainably promote employee retention.
Must have:
- Support all Rewards-related processes, e.g., salary adjustments, market analyses, and employee benefit implementation.
- Contribute to employee retention measures.
- Contribute to internal communication and update SharePoint content on salary and employee benefits.
- Support Rewards/HR projects and harmonization activities within M&A.
Good to have:
- Excel skills

About the Role

Your Tasks
- Support all Rewards-related processes, e.g., salary adjustments, market analyses, and implementation of employee benefits.
- Contribute to employee retention measures.
- Contribute to internal communication and update SharePoint content on salary and employee benefits.
- Support Rewards/HR projects and harmonization activities within M&A.
Your Profile
- Enrollment in Bachelor's or Master's program (Economics, Psychology, Natural Sciences, Statistics or similar)
- Fluent English and German skills
- Analytical mindset
- Excel skills advantageous
- Reliable and proactive
