Main Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily operational activities (e.g. printing invoices, managing customer service contacts, collecting proof of delivery, reviewing bank statements)
- Supporting audit preparations and financial statement processes through structured and detailed manual work
- Drafting and formatting letters and emails for internal and external communication
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation relevant for audits
- Contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations by taking ownership of essential recurring tasks
Your Profile
- Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field
- Strong mathematical skills and confidence in handling data
- Proficiency in Excel and an analytical way of thinking
- A structured, well-organized working style with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive mindset – you take initiative and enjoy contributing actively
- Clear and eloquent communication, both written and verbal
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently on recurring tasks
