Abstraction, part of Virtuos, is seeking a Business Development Director to drive the next stage of growth, aiming to become the leading co-development studio for AAA projects. This leadership role involves expanding relationships with publishers and partners globally, representing the studio at industry events, and building trust through expertise. The director will define growth strategies, actively lead conversations, build partnerships, and close deals, working closely with the CEO and Virtuos's BD team.

You will also work closely with production and discipline leads to craft compelling, realistic proposals.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strategic Partnerships - Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior stakeholders at publishers, platforms, and AAA studios globally, and act as a trusted advisor who understands client needs and matches them with our creative and technical strengths.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Liase with our Virtuos BD partners - Ensure business development outreaches are coordinated across the group, avoiding duplication and conflicting approaches.
