About the Role:Anchor Operating System is seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer with a specialization in web design and ideation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a passion for digital innovation, and a keen ability to translate insights into actionable design strategies. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design detailed mockups, incorporating responsive visual elements that ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.</li><li>Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable feedback on design prototypes.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and the successful integration of new web features.</li><li>Analyze data trends in collaboration with the tracking, data, and analytics teams to drive informed design decisions.</li><li>Stay informed about the latest developments in digital media and design.</li><li>Assist in creating mockups for both web and mobile platforms.</li><li>Work closely with engineers to oversee the implementation of new designs.</li><li>Contribute to feature and design ideation aimed at driving business growth.</li><li>Manage tasks within JIRA, including overseeing the Digital Design queue and managing personal work assignments.</li></ul>
 Qualifications: <ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.</li><li>A passion for staying current with the latest industry trends and technologies.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>
