 We are seeking Back-End Developers (Senior &amp; Lead) who will play a pivotal role in spearheading our back-end development initiatives. This position requires an individual with strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, and Node.js along with strong leadership skills. As the Lead Back-End Developer, you will oversee the development of the back-end infrastructure, ensuring responsiveness to frontend requests, and driving optimization efforts for both technology and user experience. Roles and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of back-end developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.</li><li>Hands-on development experience with PHP, Laravel, and Node.js, actively identifying and addressing technical challenges.</li><li>Analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and implement improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with the frontend team to understand UI requirements, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal web functionality.</li><li>Generate ideas for new programs, products, or features by staying updated with industry developments and trends.</li><li>Develop high-quality, reusable code and conduct UI tests to optimize performance.</li><li>Proficient in database systems, with expertise in MySQL; familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB is preferred.</li><li>Solid understanding of enterprise software design patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and data structures.</li></ul>
 Technical Profile: <ul><li>Expertise in PHP-based frameworks such as Laravel, with a strong understanding of design patterns and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for building scalable back-end systems and APIs.</li><li>Experience working with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React.js or AngularJS.</li><li>Proficiency in continuous integration and deployment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of building distributed systems, microservices-based architecture, and web services (REST, SOAP) to ensure reliability, fault tolerance, and scalability.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including services like AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, or Azure Functions.</li></ul>
