We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Content Producer to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse with expertise in video editing, animation, production and post-production management, utilizing tools such as Unity Game Engine, Unreal Engine, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and more.
What You’ll Do
<ul><li>Create high-quality multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive experiences
</li><li>Manage the entire production process from concept to completion
</li><li>Utilize Unity Game Engine and Unreal Engine for interactive projects
</li><li>Edit and enhance raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects
</li><li>Conduct and edit interviews to create compelling storytelling content
</li><li>Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas
</li><li>Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in multimedia content production
</li></ul>What You Have (Skills and Experience)
<ul><li>Proven experience in video editing, animation, and multimedia content production
</li><li>Technical Excellence: proficiency in Unity Game Engine, Unreal Engine, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), and Final Cut Pro
</li><li>Effective Communications: Strong storytelling skills and the ability to craft engaging narratives
</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills
</li><li>Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics
</li><li>Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
</li></ul>Top Candidates Will Also Have
<ul><li>Experience with 3D modeling and animation software
</li><li>Knowledge of interactive storytelling techniques
</li><li>Familiarity with audio editing tools
</li><li>Passion for gaming and interactive media
</li><li>Consulting skills and customer focus
</li></ul>Additional Details
<ul><li>Work locations: Dallas, TX; Cary, NC; Peoria, IL
</li><li>Caterpillar operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring 3 days per week of in office work in one of the locations listed above (this is not a remote role)
