This is a hands-on role where you combine producer mentality with project management: engaging directly with the game, prioritizing features, and making the right trade-offs between time, quality, and budget.You’ll keep the team and stakeholders aligned, remove roadblocks, and make sure development stays focused on delivering a fun and polished player experience.##### The kind of stuff you’ll be doing<ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Take full ownership of a new PC/console RPG project from early stage through release.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Define and track milestones, schedules, and deliverables — keeping time, quality, and budget in balance.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Coordinate and support a cross-functional team of ~12 developers (design, tech, art, QA).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Continuously review the game’s progress, ensuring features and priorities align with the intended player experience.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Drive the release process: from milestone builds to localization, QA, certification, and Steam submission.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Align with stakeholders — internal leads, external partners, and clients — to keep goals and expectations clear.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Anticipate risks, remove blockers, and solve problems before they escalate.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Collaborate closely with senior management and keep them informed about project progress and key decisions.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Contribute to improving production standards and workflows within the studio.</li></ul>##### Your profile:<ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Games industry experience: A minimum of 5 years in game production/project management.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Track record: At least one fully shipped PC title on Steam, with hands-on involvement in the full release cycle.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Development knowledge: Deep understanding of all phases of game development, from early stage to release.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Producer mentality: Beyond checklists — you can prioritize features and make smart trade-offs between time, quality, and budget while keeping the player experience in focus.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Project management skills: Solid knowledge of tools and agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Jira).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Communication: Strong skills in aligning and managing stakeholders (internal partners, external clients, publishers).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Languages: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Location: This is an onsite role in Munich.
