Frontend/UI Developer with 4+ years of experience in designing and developing user interfaces for IT tools and platforms. Strong proficiency in ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience working in an Azure environment and DevOps culture is a must.

 The UI/UX Developer (Front-End Developer) is responsible for design, development and testing of user interface/IT tools &amp; platforms. Will work closely with product management, solutions architect, and other stakeholders to deliver high-level estimates contributing to long-term roadmap decisions. Essential Functions <ul><li>Designs and develops in-house software/IT tools &amp; platforms adhering to standard code specifications efficiently and precisely. Participates in the design process for application software as required.</li><li>Develops React/ReactJS/JavaScript applications in an Azure Platform as a Service environment. </li><li>Communicates within development organization to solve complex programming problems and share knowledge/learnings.</li><li>Experienced in the DevOps culture at Convergint to ensure continuous integration, automated testing, and quality releases on a regular basis.</li><li>Creates user interface prototypes and documents software and related code modules. Writes code and conducts unit tests. Writes detailed documentation as required. Overall : Deliver in-house software to end-user, system installation and training.</li><li>Participates in Agile Scrum software development sessions and through all phases of the software development life cycle. </li></ul>

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the proven ability to successfully manage timeliness and critical paths with minimal supervision. Ability to remain objective, and base recommendations and decisions on sound business principles and user requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical/problem solving skills Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment Strong sense of urgency and accountability Strong customer service skills Strong presentation skills Commitment to company values
