The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong ability to craft compelling content. This role requires a deep understanding of audience needs, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a knack for creating content that resonates with our brand’s voice and objectives. As a Video Creator:Your Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Video Production: Create, edit, and produce engaging video content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience preferences.</li><li>Content Editing: Utilize video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro to craft visually appealing and impactful videos.</li><li>Design Integration: Incorporate design elements using tools like Adobe Photoshop to enhance video quality and create cohesive visual content.</li><li>Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives and visual stories that capture the essence of Coschool’s mission.</li><li>Platform Optimization: Tailor video content to suit the specific requirements of social media platforms, optimizing for engagement and viewer retention on YouTube, Reels, and Shorts.</li><li>Collaborative Creation: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute innovative video ideas that align with our brand strategy.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and social media, continually refining techniques to improve content quality and performance.</li></ul>

 Key Skills Requirement: <ul><li>1-3 years of experience in video editing and videography, with a focus on creating content for social media platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and design tools like Adobe Photoshop.</li><li>A strong creative vision with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing videos.</li><li>Previous experience in creating content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Shorts is a plus.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, professional video content.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
