The Analytics Engineer at Mythical Games will design, deliver, and manage a high-quality reporting suite for game developers using the Mythical Platform.  This role involves developing interactive dashboards and models, integrating various data sources, meticulously managing key performance metrics, and researching AI advancements for automated insights.  Collaboration with game developers, product managers, and engineers is crucial to productize data solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, building robust pipelines, and creating insightful visualizations.  Responsibilities include data pipeline building, dashboard development and maintenance, and collaboration with game developers.  Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required.

The candidate will be based in Europe and will be required to communicate with colleagues in fluent Ukrainian and English.
Responsibilities:

<li class="li3">Develop, improve and expand the set of interactive dashboards and models that power decision making for all games on the Mythical platform</li>
<li class="li3">Assess, integrate, analyze, and build pipelines for new sources of internal and external data</li>
<li class="li3">Meticulously own the business logic for key performance metrics and drive consistency standards across the organization</li>
<li class="li3">Research and implement AI advancements that automate the generation of analytical insights</li>
<li class="li4">Collaborate with game developers, product managers and engineers to productize data solutions</li>
</ul>
Basic Qualifications
<ul class="ul1">
<li class="li3">Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with exceptional academic credentials (e.g., Mathematics, EE/CS, Statistics, or Operations Research)</li>
<li class="li3">3+ years of commercial experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or similar roles</li>
<li class="li3">High proficiency in SQL</li>
<li class="li3">High proficiency in storytelling with data - using Looker, Tableau or other data visualization tools</li>
<li class="li3">Proficiency in Python</li>
<li class="li4">English level Upper-intermediate+</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul class="ul1">
<li class="li3">Experience working with the GCP suite, including BigQuery and Cloud Functions</li>
<li class="li3">Experience working with Airflow workflow management tools</li>
<li class="li4">Passion for video games and/or blockchain technology</li>
</ul>
