 Excellent opportunity for a creative 3D Artist who has a strong understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, and animation. EFDigital are delighted to be working with a company who are revolutionizing the learning and development industry through cutting-edge technology and creative solutions. They specialize in creating immersive and interactive experiences that help businesses and individuals achieve their full potential. Role Overview Due to significant increase in demand, they are now looking for a talented and creative 3D Artist who has a strong understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, and animation. The post holder will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets for a variety of learning and development projects, including VR and AR applications, eLearning modules, and interactive simulations. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Create high-quality, detailed 3D models from CAD files, concept sketches, reference images, and verbal descriptions.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure visual elements align with the overall project goals.</li><li>Apply textures and shaders to 3D models to achieve realistic surfaces.</li><li>Develop animations for characters, objects, and scenes, bringing them to life with convincing movement.</li><li>Set up lighting for 3D scenes to enhance mood and visual appeal.</li><li>Optimize 3D assets for performance without compromising quality.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously improve content. </li></ul>
Skills &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Proven commercial experience as a 3D Artist, experience in learning and development or spatial computing/AR/VR would be beneficial.</li><li>Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.</li><li>Strong understanding of texture mapping, lighting, rendering and animation.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset. </li></ul>
