Customer Service Representative

This part-time, fixed-term contract (until May 2025) Customer Service Representative role at the Taupo branch requires providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact.  Responsibilities include assisting with bet placement, creating an engaging experience, offering expert product knowledge, and maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere.  While TAB experience is advantageous, it's not essential; training is provided.  The role involves flexible shifts across 7 days, including evenings and weekends, covering 20 hours per week.  Key skills needed are customer service, cash handling, numerical skills, communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude.  An interest in sports and racing is preferred.
