UI/UX Artist

As a UI/UX Artist, you will be responsible for improving the user experience of our games. This includes providing feedback, improving UI/UX art and design, advocating for the player, ensuring visual consistency, and collaborating with designers and programmers to implement UI into the game. You will also create wireframes and other artifacts to define features and solutions. The role requires experience with Unreal Engine 4/5 and UI prototyping tools. You will be working on exciting projects with a multi-disciplined team. We are looking for someone to join our growing team of talented individuals.

We're currently working on several exciting projects and are looking for a UI/UX Artist&nbsp;to join our growing team.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide continuous feedback and improvements to the game UX</li>
<li>Improve the quality of UI/UX art and design in our titles</li>
<li>Advocate for the player during development and collaborate with user research teams to find solutions to issues</li>
<li>Advocate for accessibility</li>
<li>Ensure visual consistency and high quality in the UI</li>
<li>Work alongside designers and programmers to implement UI into the game</li>
<li>Create wireframes, player paths and other artefacts, defining concise and achievable features and solutions</li>
</ul>
What we're looking for
<ul>
<li>Experience of Unreal Engine 4/5 is crucial</li>
<li>Experience of creating clear documentation</li>
<li>Ability to design iteratively</li>
<li>Experience of UI prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)</li>
<li>Motion graphics/design experience </li>
<li>At least 1 years’ industry experience&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience shipping a AAA title is a plus </li>
</ul>

The Chargeback Specialist will handle disputes and chargebacks, act as an interface between the PhonePe Customer Support team, internal technical teams, and external businesses/services. They are responsible for resolving both technical and non-technical issues raised by customers on the PhonePe platform. This involves analyzing disputes, developing and monitoring solutions, providing feedback, maintaining records of problem analysis, and troubleshooting customer payment issues. They are expected to provide timely and accurate resolution to customer issues, address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation and contribute to a team environment.
