Principal UX Designer

Firesprite is seeking a passionate and creative UX designer to create and evolve a AAA user experience for a story-driven 'Narrative Adventure'. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX solutions, building wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research and testing, analyzing player behavior, and documenting design solutions. The ideal candidate will be a key knowledge repository for UX systems, working closely with game design, UI art, code, and accessibility teams. The position requires a solid understanding of player psychology, experience with game engines like Unreal, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
