Goliath Games seeks a motivated IT Support Specialist in Guildford to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and provide support globally. Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for IT support requests, maintaining servers and networks, assisting with user onboarding/offboarding, procuring and deploying hardware/software, providing training and documentation, supporting IT projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring security protocols are followed.  The ideal candidate possesses problem-solving skills, can manage multiple tasks, communicates effectively, and has experience with IT systems (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, ERP systems – a plus, not required).
