Goliath, an international toy company, is seeking a (Junior) Account Manager for its German branch in the Rhine-Main area. This full-time role involves independent customer responsibility, supporting key accounts, planning sales strategies, and representing the company at events. The ideal candidate will have initial experience in sales or account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in German and English. The position offers a versatile role with development potential in a hybrid work environment.
Must have:
  • Independent customer responsibility in close coordination with the Country Manager Germany/Austria
  • Support in the care and development of Key Accounts
  • Independent organization and execution of customer appointments
  • Participation in the planning and implementation of sales strategies
  • Representation of the company at trade fairs and industry events
  • Support in the acquisition of new business partners and market observation
  • Communication with customers, partners and the worldwide Goliath branches
  • Support in daily business, administrative and organizational activities
  • Completed commercial training, studies or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in sales or account management
  • Quick comprehension as well as structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a pronounced service orientation
  • Flexibility and proactive work style and enthusiastic team player
  • Very good German and solid English skills as well as proficient use of MS Office
  • Enjoy hybrid working, willingness to travel, pronounced hands-on mentality

The Playing Field (Responsibilities)

  • Independent assumption of customer responsibility in close coordination with the Country Manager Germany/Austria
