The Commercial Business Development Manager (BDM) will develop relationships with professional dealers, distributors, and large end-users to sell Greenworks Professional Outdoor Power Equipment and boost brand awareness.  The BDM will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Distributor Territory Managers to identify new sales opportunities and expand the professional dealer network.  Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, managing demo equipment, conducting product training, prospecting for new accounts, participating in tradeshows, and launching new products.  This entry-level role requires strong industry knowledge of professional OPE, understanding of sales channels, and the ability to work independently and with various stakeholders.

Position Summary:&nbsp;
The Commercial Business Development Manager (BDM) will create and develop relationships with professional dealers, distributor personnel, Regional Landscape Accounts, and large end users such as municipalities, educational facilities, hospitality, etc. with the purpose of selling Greenworks Professional Outdoor Power Equipment and raising brand awareness within the commercial OPE segment. This Manager will work closely with both the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and local Distributor Territory Managers (TM) by developing opportunities to pursue new relationships to establish new commercial sales and expand our professional dealer base. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a key role in the growth, development, and sales within the Professional Products category at Greenworks Tools. This position will work closely with their assigned Distributor Sales Team and serve as a liaison and resource for the Distributor Territory Managers and authorized Greenworks Commercial Dealers within their assigned geography.&nbsp;
This is an entry level position. The successful candidate will have strong industry knowledge of the professional handheld and wheeled outdoor power equipment business.&nbsp; Candidate should have good understanding the channels listed within the job requirements and the necessary sales skills to be successful within these customer bases.&nbsp; Candidate should have experience understanding the independent servicing dealer and their role within the channel.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
The ability to work independently and maintain relationships with business stakeholders will be critical to the success of this role.&nbsp;
