As a Senior Product Designer at Homa, you'll design user-centric interfaces and flows for internal Gametech tools. Your designs will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of game teams, ensuring tools are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with user workflows. Your work will prevent operational slowdowns and reduce errors that could affect game setup and revenue.</p><p>You’ll collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Product &amp; Engineering teams, to ensure your designs are technically feasible and address real user pain points.</p><p>More concretely, your missions will be the following: </p><ul> <li> <strong>User Research &amp; Understanding:</strong> Map out user personas, their workflows, tools, and pain points. Conduct user interviews, competitive research, and testing to guide design decisions.</li> <li> <strong>Design &amp; Prototyping:</strong> Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes aimed at solving pain points or developing new, efficient tools.
