AI Communication & Content Strategist Intern

As an AI Communication & Content Strategist Intern at Homa, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's internal and external communication. This role involves leveraging AI and automation to create high-impact content for various stakeholders, including talent, game studios, partners, and investors. You will build scalable content systems, produce engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn and blogs, and ensure brand alignment, contributing to Homa's mission of building next-generation entertainment experiences.

Must Have

• Build scalable, AI-powered content systems (templates, prompt libraries, automated workflows).
• Create fast, high-impact content for LinkedIn, blog posts, employer branding, internal decks, strategic presentations.
• Tailor content to each stakeholder, adapting structure, angle, and depth.
• Ensure narrative and brand alignment with Homa’s mission, vision, culture, and strategy.
• Lead the evolution of Homa’s communication by identifying high-impact opportunities and introducing better formats and tools.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Design, Journalism, or a related field at a top-tier university in France.
• Proven experience creating content, in any form.
• Exceptional communication skills, sharp writing and speaking.
• AI-first mindset, excited to use AI tools and automation.
• Strong design instincts and fluency with content tools (slides, Canva, Figma, or similar).
• Comfort building clean, high-quality visuals or web updates.
• Fluency in English.
• Eligible for a 6-month onsite internship in Paris (internship agreement required).

Mission:

As an AI Communication & Content Strategist Intern, you’ll shape how Homa communicates, inside and out. You’ll operate at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and AI, turning complex ideas into sharp, high-impact content that resonates across audiences: talent, game studios, partners, investors, internal teams, and more.

You will support Homa’s strategic priorities by producing world-class content powered by AI and automation. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing gaming company, learn quickly, and help build the future of how we communicate. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Tailor content to each stakeholder, adapting structure, angle, and depth to maximize relevance and impact.
• Ensure narrative and brand alignment, keeping every message true to Homa’s mission, vision, culture, and strategy.
• Lead the evolution of Homa’s communication by identifying high-impact opportunities, introducing better formats and tools, and raising the bar for how we inform, inspire, and engage.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Design, Journalism, or a related field at a top-tier university in France.
• Proven experience creating content, in any form. If you’ve built a blog, TikTok page, newsletter, portfolio, or standout university project, show us. We care about what you’ve made, not where you made it.
• Exceptional communication skills, sharp writing and speaking, able to adapt to any audience and collaborate confidently with anyone in the company, from interns to the CEO.
• AI-first mindset, excited to use AI tools and automation to work faster, smarter, and at a 10× scale.
• Creative, curious, focused, and hungry to learn, with the drive to go the extra mile and make things happen.
• Strong design instincts and fluency with content tools (slides, Canva, Figma, or similar), and comfort building clean, high-quality visuals or web updates.
• Fluency in English, with passion for gaming, consumer apps, or tech as a strong plus.
• Eligible for a 6-month onsite internship in Paris (internship agreement required ).
