You'll be joining the People Team, a passionate and collaborative group of 7 HR professionals, office managers, and talent acquisition partners. We work hand-in-hand across all business units to help Homa and its people grow stronger together. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you’ll act as a true business partner to our Tech and Hit Game teams: two of the most strategic pillars of the company.
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our teams grow, perform, and thrive as Homa scales. You’ll partner closely with team directors and managers on all people-related topics (from organization design to engagement and leadership) while driving projects that make the HR function more strategic, data-driven, and impactful.
