The VFX Supervisor will lead and inspire a team of artists to deliver high-quality visual effects for feature films and high-end TV shows.  Key responsibilities include ensuring visual output meets top standards, managing production schedules and budgets, maintaining effective communication, and supporting team growth and innovation.  Collaboration with CG Supervisors on technical aspects and client liaison to meet creative visions are crucial. The role requires strong understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and compositing, proficiency in software like Maya, Nuke, and Houdini, and proven leadership abilities.  Problem-solving skills, excellent communication, flexibility to work under pressure and on set if needed, are essential. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, highly organized, technically and creatively skilled individual.
