Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

This Senior Full Stack Software Engineer role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of new features for scalable web services.  Responsibilities include optimizing front-end performance using Angular, architecting robust backend solutions with C#, collaborating with DevOps on CI/CD, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and developing a real-time video collaboration platform using WebSockets and WebRTC.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable web services, proficiency in Angular, C#, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and strong communication skills. <p>We’re looking for a hands-on, versatile&nbsp;<strong>Senior Full Stack Engineer</strong> who is comfortable building backend, frontend, and scalable services.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have deep full-stack experience in designing and implementing scalable web services, with strong skills in Angular, C#, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). This person must be a flexible, creative thinker, comfortable collaborating across teams, time zones, and countries to drive the platform's long-term success.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead the design, development, and deployment of new features and enhancements for scalable web services.</li>
<li>Optimize front-end performance and ensure seamless user experience through the effective use of Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li>
<li>Architect and implement robust backend solutions using C# and other technologies, ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based infrastructure for efficient development and deployment.</li>
<li>Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality, maintainable code across the team.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot complex issues in both frontend and backend systems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on projects.</li>
<li>Develop a real-time video collaboration platform built on WebSocket and WebRTC protocols.</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Design, Art, and Production in the U.S., with flexibility around time zones to ensure effective collaboration.</li>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 6 years of experience building scalable web services in a game development studio or professional software environment.</li>
<li>Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable web services, with a strong preference for expertise in Angular.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.</li>
<li>Strong passion for software development, architecture, and system design.</li>
<li>Advanced full stack development skills, from backend to frontend, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, databases, and RESTful services.</li>
<li>In-depth experience with C# for high-level software development.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of modern web development practices and frameworks.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with WebRTC streaming.</li>
<li>Experience leveraging analytics and data to make informed decisions, driving improvements in platform efficiency and performance.</li>
