About You and this RoleWe're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who blends technical acumen and leadership qualities. You will champion the creation of cutting-edge user experiences for our web applications, guiding our product development with your expertise. Key Objectives <ul><li>Lead front-end development efforts, defining coding standards, and promoting best practices within the team.</li><li>Help customers integrate applications with the Liferay platform &amp; product suite according to specific business needs.</li><li>Work on client consultancy projects, providing technical solutions and demonstrating product knowledge, Ensure that technical solutions are being delivered with quality.</li><li>Architect scalable and performant applications, factoring in complex interactions and user flows.</li><li>Mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.</li><li>Evaluate and suggest the adoption of emerging front-end technologies.</li><li>Optimize web applications for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues.</li><li>Proactively identify areas for improvement and streamline development processes.</li></ul>
 Required Qualifications <ul><li>6+ years of professional experience in frontend development.</li><li>Exceptional proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.</li><li>Deep expertise in React architecture, including optimization strategies and advanced state management techniques.</li><li>Experience with type-safe development in React using TypeScript.</li><li>Experience leading or mentoring a small team would be advantageous.</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) concepts.</li><li>Understanding of Java and Spring Boot is a plus.</li></ul>
 Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>A passion for crafting user-friendly interfaces and familiarity with agile development methodologies.</li><li>Knowledge of Liferay and accessibility is a considerable asset.</li><li>Understanding of Java and Spring Boot is a plus.</li></ul>
