Position Overview We seek an experienced Senior Recruiter who is proficiently using Keka, a comprehensive HR management platform, to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in talent acquisition, have a deep understanding of HR processes, and possess strong technical skills, particularly in utilising Keka for efficient recruitment management. Responsibilities <ul><li> Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles within the organisation.</li><li> Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.</li><li> Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.</li><li> Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.</li><li> Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using Keka, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and offer management.</li><li> Optimise recruitment workflows within Keka to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.</li><li> Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.</li><li> Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and drive improvements.</li><li> Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements for recruitment and talent acquisition. </li></ul>
Skills And Qualifications <ul><li> Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a technology-driven company.</li><li> Proficiency in using Keka or similar HR management software for recruitment and applicant tracking.</li><li> Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.</li><li> Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li> Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.</li><li> Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li><li> HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus. </li></ul>
