We are seeking a dedicated and professional Online Chat Representative to join our team. This role requires responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information, assisting with order tracking and shipping issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction, collaborating with team members, documenting interactions, and adhering to company policies.  The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in customer service and the air freight industry, strong written communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in chat platforms and customer service software. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information on products and services, resolving shipping issues, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with other teams. The position is full-time, remote, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Online Chat Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong background in the air freight industry. 
## Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with order tracking, shipping issues, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
## Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (entry-level).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the air freight industry.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using chat platforms and customer service software.
