Booming Games seeks enthusiastic Weekend Technical Support Specialists to provide exceptional customer service and technical support over weekends.  This part-time, freelance role requires 24/7 shift coverage, utilizing Skype, JIRA Service Desk, and email to resolve client technical issues. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, adhering to SLAs, logging inquiries, escalating issues, troubleshooting malfunctions, offering product guidance, following up on resolutions, and collecting customer feedback.  Ideal candidates possess experience in customer or technical support, familiarity with help desk software, fluency in English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, patience, and flexibility for weekend shifts, including nights. This fully remote position is perfect for students based in Romania.
