PAPAYA is seeking a VIP Account Manager to increase player lifetime value through proactive outbound communication.  Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, engaging and retaining players, building relationships with VIP customers, and creating exclusive content and promotions.  The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in community management, sales, or VIP management, native English fluency, strong analytical skills, and a passion for gaming.  They will understand game mechanics, monetization, and economy and have experience in social content creation and campaign management within the online gaming industry.
