As a Junior Full-Stack Engineer at Patterned Learning, you will build and maintain critical software for processing and recording customer retirement savings.  You'll collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, develop ownership of system domains, make informed engineering trade-offs, and advocate for improved user experience (both internal and external).  Responsibilities include improving engineering standards, tooling, and processes. The role requires a proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving, and a passion for mentoring other engineers and conducting thorough code reviews.  This is a remote, full-time position.

 <li dir="ltr">Desire to work with the following technologies: Node, TypeScript, React, AWS and PostgreSQL </li>
 <li dir="ltr">Top-notch communication skills. You can communicate well with engineers and non-engineers alike </li>
 <li dir="ltr">Enjoy mentoring other engineers and deeply reviewing their code </li>
 <li dir="ltr">Proactive and empathetic mindset - you love to roll up your sleeves to fix problems for our customers </li>
