Playgig seeks a Lead Engineer to spearhead Mystic Kingdoms' technical development.  Responsibilities include defining the technical vision, leading and mentoring engineers, designing and implementing core game systems, ensuring quality and performance, and staying updated on game technology.  The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Unity programming experience (mobile game shipped), deep Unity and C# knowledge, real-time multiplayer and mobile optimization expertise, and strong MOBA understanding.  Excellent communication is crucial. The role involves collaboration with the Executive Producer and the development team to establish and execute the technical direction.
