<li>Game Development Oversight: Approve games during the line-up process, guide game ideation, and ensure a steady flow of high-quality games to market. Provide constructive feedback to teams to balance creativity with strategy.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and expand a team of game designers and mathematicians, ensuring alignment with the Relax hiring standards and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ideation &amp; Feature Development: Facilitate workshops to generate ideas for games and features. Collaborate on feature concepts and cross-game functionality with the creative and UX teams to enhance the overall player experience.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Partner Collaboration: Provide strategic direction for co-productions with partners like Casino Daddy and Casino Grounds, ensuring successful collaborations.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Market Analysis &amp; Data Utilization: Monitor competitive trends, player behaviour, and market needs to create games that resonate with target audiences. Use data and analytics to optimize game performance and engagement.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Roadmap Management: Develop and present short- and long-term roadmaps to internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Account Managers, and Executives. Provide input on quarterly roadmaps for Relax and Silver Bullet games.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Regulatory &amp; Market Expertise: Maintain a clear understanding of business operations, regulated markets, and industry trends to maximize the potential of each game.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Account Managers, and the Production Director to ensure optimal game rollouts and product updates, including jackpot designs.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

What You’ll Need&nbsp;

<li>3+ years of experience leading teams of Game Product Owners and Mathematicians.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Game Product Owner or a similar role.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Expertise in designing slot games for the iGaming industry.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>A strong understanding of game mechanics and player engagement.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Fluency in English.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
