The Business Intelligence Analyst at Sports Interactive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to sales, gameplay, and research to inform game design and business strategies.  Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, writing and maintaining SQL code, producing gameplay reports, responding to ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders, conducting deep-dive analyses, presenting findings clearly, and creating detailed documentation.  The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a BI role, proven SQL and Power BI skills, and a passion for data analytics.  They should be adept at report writing and presenting findings, with a strong understanding of Football Manager products. The role involves impacting change using data and working collaboratively within a team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence role or similar. Proven, high-quality experience with SQL and Power BI are essential as well as proven ability to impact change using data.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></div><ul><li>Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards containing key information on our products, ensuring information is available and accurate.&nbsp;</li><li>Write and maintain code that underpins our dashboards, ensuring code is accurate, concise and understandable.&nbsp;</li><li>Produce reports relating to gameplay and other relevant areas to help aid the game design process and understanding of our products and players.&nbsp;</li><li>Respond to ad-hoc requests from the Business Intelligence Manager, Head of Business Intelligence, the Studio Director, the COO, and others at the studio.&nbsp;</li><li>Deep dive analysis of interesting or trending activity.&nbsp;</li><li>Present findings in a clear and concise manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Create detailed documentation of processes relating to the above.&nbsp;</li><li>Undertake research as required.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience&nbsp;</strong><strong></strong></div><ul><li>Demonstrable experience within a data analytical role (minimum 2 years).&nbsp;</li><li>Proven use of SQL (any flavour).&nbsp;</li><li>Practical experience of Power BI.
