 Whom are we looking for:Our Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our entire organization to attract potential B2B customers and retain existing ones.This person must be a great business leader and a great marketing leader. Your contribution to the team: <ul><li>Create an offering, screen relevant leads, contact and close - run end-to-end business growth side</li><li>Reach out and talk to institutes/academies/colleges for bulk orders or partner collabs</li><li>Reach out and speak to corporates for bulk orders or partner collabs</li><li>Reach out and talk to schools for bulk orders or collabs</li><li>Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors and do one-of-one calls with leads.</li><li>Visit companies in Surat and cities nearby </li><li>Create and manage the budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with strategic goals.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.</li></ul>
 Our Ideal Candidate should have: <ul><li>Proven 4+ years of experience as a B2B Marketing Executive or similar role. Impeccable Communication Skills</li><li>Research Skills</li><li>Previous experience in giving presentations and presenting pitch decks in front of CEOs, CXOs, Directors, etc. </li><li>Experience in management, operations, and leadership.</li><li>Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.</li><li>Overall, we are looking for someone, upbeat, enthusiastic, knows how to present themselves, and can hold a conversation. </li></ul>
 Other details: <ul><li>Office Location - Vesu, Surat, Gujarat.</li><li>Work Type - In-Office, Fulltime.</li><li>Working Days - 6 Days a week (Monday to Saturday)</li><li>Compensation - As per the industry standards, also depending on your experience and expertise</li></ul>
