Job Description

This role is for an EOL Process Engineer specializing in Mold/Deflash processes, responsible for improving manufacturing quality, delivery, and cost. Key duties include preparing standard work procedures, collecting and analyzing process data for capability improvement, troubleshooting equipment issues, and optimizing chemical processes. The engineer will also manage engineering projects and collaborate with various departments to enhance processes and products.
Must have:
  • EOL process engineering focus on Mold/Deflash processes
  • Ability to handle Quality, Delivery, and Cost improvement
  • Prepare standard work/instructions/procedures
  • Collect and analyze data on individual processes
  • Identify and improve process capability
  • Troubleshoot Mold/Deflash processes and material or equipment issues
  • Enhance and optimize Mold/Deflash (Chemical) process
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 0-2 years’ experience in Semiconductor industry or related field
  • Basic in optimizing manufacturing processes using Lean or Six Sigma
  • Basic skills in SPC tools, Cpk analysis, and DoE techniques
  • Good communication both Thai and English
  • Proactive mindset, teamwork, and collaboration
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Role Summary:

  • EOL process engineer focus on Mold/Deflash processes to handle Quality, Delivery, and Cost improvement manufacturing process.
  • Prepare standard work/instructions/procedures for the assembly processes to efficient production.
  • Collect and analyze data on individual processes to identify and improve process capability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Troubleshoot of EOL process engineer focus on Mold/Deflash processes and material or equipment issues
  • Prepare instructions/procedures for the assembly processes and external plating, ECN/CMT are drafted & executed.
  • Enhance and optimize Mold/Deflash (Chemical) process to achieve Quality, Delivery, and Cost efficient production with Standardization.
  • Collect and analyze data on individual processes to identify and improve process capability.
  • Handle engineering project and collaborate with internal departments to improve Process and Product.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 0-2 years’ experience in Semiconductor industry or related field
  • Basic in optimizing manufacturing processes using Lean or Six Sigma
  • Basic skills in SPC tools, Cpk analysis, and DoE techniques.
  • Good communication both Thai and English and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive mindset work with team work and collaboration.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work and manage multiple tasks
