Job Description

As an Account Executive at Mosaic Learning, you will be a proven hunter responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business with labor organizations, apprenticeship programs, and training groups. You will own the full sales cycle, develop winning strategies for your territory, and learn to connect customer pain points with Mosaic Learning’s solutions. This role also involves contributing to the sales playbook and growth strategy as the company expands.
Must have:
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing
  • Develop strategies to win accounts in your territory
  • Learn to uncover customer pain points and link them to Mosaic Learning’s solutions
  • Deliver a clear, “customer-first” sales story
  • Track activity and pipeline in HubSpot with discipline
  • 2+ years of sales experience or background in construction, labor, or manufacturing with a strong interest in SaaS
  • Hunger to win

  • Tech savvy (HubSpot, Zoom/Teams)

Job Title: Account Executive

Position Type: Full-Time (Remote – United States)

About the Role

You are a proven hunter with a track record of success and overachievement. You demonstrate grit, curiosity, and a drive to win. As an Account Executive at Mosaic Learning, you’ll prospect, build relationships, and close new business with labor organizations, apprenticeship programs, and training groups. You’ll also help shape our sales playbook and growth strategy as we expand.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing
  • Develop strategies to win accounts in your territory
  • Learn to uncover customer pain points and link them to Mosaic Learning’s solutions
  • Deliver a clear, “customer-first” sales story

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of sales experience or background in construction, labor, or manufacturing with a strong interest in SaaS
  • Hunger to win - you like challenges and are not afraid of the phone
  • Strong communication skills - you can connect with people at every level
  • Curiosity and coachability - eager to learn and open to feedback
  • Tech savvy - HubSpot, Zoom/Teams, and a willingness to learn quickly

  • Prior experience selling or working with labor organizations
