As a Finance Analyst at Brillio, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient transaction processing, and compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the business to support both local and global finance operations, helping drive financial integrity in a fast-paced IT environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and post accurate journal entries in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Manage and reconcile company credit card transactions, ensuring proper documentation and classification.
  • Review, approve, and process contractor and vendor invoices; investigate and resolve invoice-related issues.
  • Coordinate and organize timely payments to vendors, employees (expense reimbursements), and government authorities.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing requested financial data and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations and schedules to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Assist with resolution of employee timesheet issues and support customer billing processes by investigating discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to address and resolve customer invoicing issues.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and outstanding items are resolved.
  • Participate in financial process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and financial compliance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience of working as part of a global team is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
  • Willingness to drive improvements & looks for opportunities across processes.
