We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead acquisition and growth initiatives for our Mutual Fund business at Paytm Money. The role demands deep expertise in the broking industry, customer acquisition funnels, and growth levers to scale customer base and enhance engagement. This role involves developing strategies for new customer acquisition, optimizing digital and offline channels, building ecosystem partnerships, leveraging analytics for performance tracking, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
Must have:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new customer acquisition for the Mutual Fund vertical.
  • Identify and optimize digital and offline channels to maximize acquisition and engagement.
  • Build and manage ecosystem partnerships to accelerate customer growth.
  • Leverage analytics to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
  • 6–9 years of proven experience in acquisition and growth roles within the broking industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition models, digital funnels, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
