This role involves providing comprehensive administrative duties and support for the global Strategic Account Solutions team, contributing to improved efficiency and client experience. Responsibilities include managing project setups, tracking schedules, handling billing issues, assisting Client Services Associates, managing team emails, and running reports for ongoing projects.

  • Experience with a translation or localization company.
  • Prior translation industry experience.
Must Have:
  • Complete administrative tasks including project set-ups and schedule tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to improve team efficiency and client experience.
  • Handle billing duties, resolve invoicing issues, and ensure timely billing.
  • Assist Client Services Associates with daily tasks.
  • Manage team emails and respond to simple queries.
  • Run reports for ongoing projects, organize information, and track progress.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Complete other assigned tasks.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet software.
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong problem solving/critical thinking skills.

Job description

The Admin Assistant will be reporting to the Team Lead, Strategic Account Solutions and part of the TransPerfect Production team. The Administrative Assistant from Strategic Account Solutions assists with administrative duties and support for the global Strategic Account Solutions team.

Responsibilities

  • Complete administrative tasks including project set-ups, creating and tracking schedules for individual projects and department.
  • Contribute to improving the efficiency of the Strategic Account Solutions (SAS) team and improving the client experience by providing administrative support to the team.
  • Billing duties: resolving invoicing issues, following up internally to ensure jobs are billed in a timely fashion.
  • Aid Client Services Associates in daily tasks as needed.
  • Manage team emails and replying to simple queries from the Production team and the client with guidance from manager.
  • Run reports for the Strategic Account Solutions team’s ongoing projects, organize information, provide initial assessments and tracking their progress.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Job requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
