As an Affiliate Executive, you will manage the affiliate network, recruit and onboard new affiliates, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process. You will collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Casino, Compliance, BI, international local teams) and external stakeholders (agencies, affiliates, Media, partners) to support and execute data-driven campaigns. This role involves optimizing affiliate networks, activating campaigns, managing performance marketing campaigns, supporting promotions, and analyzing affiliate performance to improve lead quality. You will also monitor brand activities, deploy fraud detection tools, build partner relationships, and ensure compliant promotion of offers.

Must Have:

Let's start with the role

The new Affiliate Executive will be responsible for managing the network of affiliates and publishers by assisting the Affiliate Manager to recruit and onboard new affiliates. Facilitating a smooth onboarding process will be a key part of your daily tasks. As a member of the broader marketing team, you will be working closely with internal (CRM, Casino, Compliance, BI, international local teams) and external stakeholders (Creative & Comms agencies, affiliates, Media, partners) to support and execute campaigns that blend creative briefs with data-driven decisions.

As an Affiliate Executive, you will:
  • Support the Affiliate Manager in affiliate and partner marketing activities by optimizing current networks and developing new opportunities with new partners;
  • Activate campaigns by working with affiliate networks and affiliate partners;
  • Assist in managing large performance marketing campaigns;
  • Support promotions and new product launches;
  • Collaborate with local teams in multiple markets and HQ in Athens, Greece;
  • Plan, strategise, monitor, analyze and report registrations and revenue from affiliates;
  • Improve lead quality by analyzing performance on a daily basis;
  • Identify and recruit publisher partners through various avenues;
  • Monitor and identify any illicit, unethical or improper to the brand activity and stop it;
  • Deploy fraud detection tools;
  • Build and manage relationships with various affiliate partners;
  • Support local partners by assisting with onboarding, following up on their daily activities, and maximizing their performance in our Affiliates Program;
  • Develop and nurture local partners relationships to generate growth;
  • Conduct affiliate content checks to ensure the affiliates are promoting our offer properly and in a compliant way;
  • Secure top positions on leading affiliate websites.;
  • Optimize local partners performance through Social Media channels (WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram);
  • Liaise between our Marketing Agency and our internal team to develop customized content and campaigns for affiliates.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in the Affiliate iGaming industry;
  • Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Management or other relevant fields (Master’s Degree in related fields will be considered a plus);
  • Native German speaker (mandatory);
  • Fluency in English;
  • Extremely numerate with a superb understanding of cost control;
  • Great sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Excel and Google Sheets as the preferred tool for making data-driven decisions;
  • Strong analytical skills & ability to work on tight deadlines;
  • Taking business decisions based on data;
  • Excellent understanding of growth strategies;
  • Knowledge of Sports & Entertainment industry;
  • Familiarity with new social media trends, new practices and innovations;
  • Being up-to-date on new developments in the Marketing field;
  • Ability to combine resources and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
