Our challenge

We are seeking AI Design Architect specializing in Agentic frameworks like Semantic Kernel, Google Agent Space, and protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent)  to join our growing team. The ideal candidate plays a crucial role in designing intelligent, multi-agent AI systems.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC  is $120K - $130K/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Agentic AI System Design: Architect and implement multi-agent AI workflows using Semantic Kernel and Google Agent Space.
• Protocol Implementation: Develop MCP layers for shared context management and A2A communication for agent collaboration.
• LLM & AI Integration: Design AI-driven solutions that leverage autonomous reasoning and orchestration.
• API & Tool Integration: Work with Python and C# to build scalable AI applications.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure efficiency, scalability, and security in AI deployments.
• Collaboration: Work with AI researchers, engineers, and product teams to refine AI architectures.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a AI Design Architecture.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, C#, and AI model APIs.
• Agentic AI Expertise: Experience with Semantic Kernel, Google Agent Space, MCP, A2A.
• LLM Knowledge: Familiarity with models like GPT, Claude, Llama, and Mixtral.
• Data Handling: Ability to preprocess and structure data for AI workflows.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to optimize AI-generated responses.
