Xsolla is seeking an AI Learning & Talent Intelligence Specialist for its AI-First Learning department. This high-impact role combines learning experience design, data analytics, and AI innovation, focusing on the gaming industry. The specialist will design and implement AI-powered learning solutions, leverage talent intelligence analytics for workforce strategies, and deliver measurable business impact. They will act as a superworker, accelerating organizational learning and AI adoption across Xsolla, with a passion for transforming learning with AI and driving workforce intelligence within the gaming ecosystem.
Must have:
  • Design and implement AI-powered learning experiences and simulations.
  • Analyze talent data, identify skill gaps, and build predictive models.
  • Generate actionable insights using SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
  • Administer AI learning platforms and integrate with HR/performance tools.
  • Develop specialized learning content for the gaming industry.
  • Drive AI adoption and literacy programs across the organization.
  • Ensure learning programs improve productivity and skill development.
  • 7+ years in learning experience design.
  • 3+ years in AI-powered learning.
  • Experience with AI tools and platforms (GPT-5, Claude, CoPilot, Gemini).
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, and learning analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming industry dynamics and workflows.
  • Experience with AI integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
  • Skilled in data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of game AI development, player analytics, or procedural content generation.
  • Experience creating AI-powered learning simulations or virtual tutors.
  • Familiarity with machine learning applications in education and gaming.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
  • Experience with change management frameworks and AI adoption strategies.

We are looking for an AI Learning & Talent Intelligence Specialist to join our AI-First Learning department. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of learning experience design, data analytics, and AI innovation, with a focus on the gaming industry.

You will design and implement AI-powered learning solutions, leverage talent intelligence analytics to inform workforce strategies, and deliver measurable business impact. You’ll act as a superworker — combining learning design, data science, and AI platform expertise into one role — to accelerate organizational learning and AI adoption across Xsolla.

Responsibilities

  • AI-Enhanced Learning Design: Create personalized, AI-powered learning experiences, workflows, and simulations tailored to gaming industry needs.
  • Talent Intelligence: Analyze talent data, identify skills gaps, and build predictive models to guide career pathways and workforce development.
  • Analytics & Insights: Use SQL, Python, and visualization tools to generate actionable insights on learning effectiveness and business impact.
  • AI Platform Management: Administer AI learning platforms, build custom AI agents, and integrate systems with HR and performance tools.
  • Gaming-Specific Learning: Develop specialized content for game development, player analytics, monetization, and emerging technologies (e.g., VR/AR, blockchain, AI in games).
  • Change Leadership: Drive AI adoption through workshops, executive coaching, and organization-wide literacy programs.
  • Impact Delivery: Ensure learning programs directly improve productivity, skill development, and game development outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years in learning experience design, with 3+ years working in AI-powered learning.
  • Proven experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., GPT-5, Claude, CoPilot, Gemini).
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and learning analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming industry dynamics and workflows.
  • Experience with AI integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
  • Skilled in data visualization (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders across C-level, engineering, and learning teams.
  • Fluent in English; ability to work across global teams and time zones.
