Goliath, an international toy and game manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Amazon Account Specialist to manage and grow its Amazon Vendor Central business. The role involves supporting daily operations within Amazon Vendor Central, including purchase order management, catalog updates, chargeback resolution, and inventory monitoring. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Amazon Vendor Managers and internal teams to enhance sales and operational efficiency, developing accurate item-level forecasts for demand planning, analyzing sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities, and supporting retail media planning and execution. The specialist will utilize Excel for in-depth data analysis, provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing pricing and promotions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Must have:
  • Manage Amazon Vendor Central operations
  • Collaborate with Amazon Vendor Managers
  • Develop item-level forecasts
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends
  • Support retail media planning
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIF, XLOOKUP)
  • Provide data-driven recommendations

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Amazon Account Specialist to join our team and help manage and grow our Amazon Vendor Central business.

The Amazon Account Specialist will be responsible for supporting our Amazon Vendor Central operations, managing key relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers and personnel, driving accurate forecasting, and supporting advertising and retail media initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data analysis, a deep understanding of retail distribution, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Vendor Central, including PO management, catalog updates, chargeback resolution, and inventory monitoring.

• Collaborate directly with Amazon Vendor Managers and internal stakeholders to drive sales and operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain item-level forecasts to support demand planning and production scheduling.

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and promotional results to identify growth opportunities.

• Support retail media planning and execution, including coordination with Amazon Advertising and other retail media platforms.

• Utilize Excel to conduct in-depth analyses (including but not limited to VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIF, and XLOOKUP).

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize pricing, promotional strategies, and overall performance.

• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
