Job Description

The Process Analyst PL will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing daily production data in the AS400 system, ensuring data accuracy for efficiency reports and supporting decision-making for management. The role involves participating in multidisciplinary forums to identify and resolve production and quality issues, establishing problem-solving strategies, and proposing continuous improvements. Additionally, the analyst will map and optimize work processes, studying times and parameters to identify failures and opportunities for enhancement.
Must have:
  • Perform daily production checks in the AS400 system, ensuring accuracy of indicators and information for efficiency reporting.
  • Provide and analyze indicator data for managers and directors, facilitating decision-making.
  • Participate in forums with multidisciplinary teams to identify and eliminate problems in the production and quality process.
  • Establish strategies for problem solving and propose continuous improvements.
  • Analyze and suggest work methods and processes, study times and parameters, and map activity flows.
  • Identify failures and optimization opportunities in processes.
Good to have:
  • Green Belt certification or experience with Lean Six Sigma projects
  • Power BI
  • Experience in the food or beverage sector

Job Description

Production Monitoring and Analysis

  • Perform daily production checks in the AS400 system, ensuring the accuracy of indicators and information for efficiency reporting.
  • Provide and analyze indicator data for managers and directors, facilitating decision-making.

Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving

  • Participate in forums with multidisciplinary teams to identify and eliminate problems in the production and quality process.
  • Establish strategies for problem solving and propose continuous improvements.

Process Mapping and Optimization

  • Analyze and suggest work methods and processes, study times and parameters, and map activity flows.
  • Identify failures and optimization opportunities in processes.

Qualifications

  • Complete higher education in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Administration or related fields.
  • Advanced Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Experience in analysis and optimization of production processes.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Experience with indicator analysis and report preparation.
  • Intermediate or advanced English.

Differentials

  • Green Belt certification or experience with Lean Six Sigma projects.
  • Power BI.
  • Experience in the food or beverage sector.
