Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Appian Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on knowledge of Appian, Agile methodologies, and data modeling. The candidate will be working in a collaborative environment, working closely with teams located in different geographical locations (mostly US and India).

What you'll do

• Develop, design, and implement end-to-end business process solutions using Appian.
• Should be familiar with the most recent versions of Appian (24.x +).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the US and India to gather requirements and ensure effective communication.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models, ensuring efficient database design.
• Take ownership of projects and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in complex Appian. projects – strong familiarity with Appian interfaces, process models, rules, integrations, tasks, etc.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling and database design
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong experience with SQL to implement and optimize database solutions
• Effective communication skills.

• Appian certification is a plus
• Experience with AWS or other cloud service providers
• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js or Python
• Prior experience working as part of onshore / offshore development teams
